Get to know us
We are part of an international LGBTQ+ running group called FrontRunners and we organise our own charity 5k fun run the evening before the Brighton & Hove Pride Weekend celebrations.
We encourage runners of all abilities to join us from the local community, our running friends in Brighton and Hove and new friends from outside of town.
Our runs are timed and all finishers are rewarded with a bespoke Rainbow Run medal. Prizes are awarded to the top male, female and non-binary runners. Results will be available to view online after the event.
In addition, special prizes are awarded to the best fancy dress, so don your most colourful and sparkly pride outfit for the run!

We are committed to reducing its environmental impact. We encourage participants to travel by public transport where possible, bring a reusable water bottle to refill at our water station, and bring their own safety pins to help reduce waste. Additional sustainability guidance and event information will be provided to all participants by email before the event.

We are also committed to making the event as accessible and inclusive as possible. Hove Park has step-free access with no barriers to entry, and we can provide BSL interpreters and guide runners where required.
